  • In the unlikely event that a client receives a damaged or flawed item, they are encouraged to get in touch with us as soon as possible and provide photos. You may send the package back for an evaluation, and then another one will be sent out to you.
  • When returning a package, customers should take care to repack it in the same manner in which it was received. If we have reason to suspect foul play, we shall decline the request.
  • Do not remove any tags or attachments from the faulty item if you want to return it and let us know about the difficulties within 30 days of receiving your package to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Keep in mind that this program is only applicable to pre-designed soccer jerseys. If there was a problem with your custom order, we can only fix it and not replace it.
  • You must always include the order number when sending back a package.
  • To make up for any errors, we guarantee reasonable restitution. In the unlikely event that a client has to return a product to us because of an error on our part, we will pay for the return freight. However, the business won’t cover the cost of shipping if the return isn’t warranted.
